 Meeting Presenter: John W. Tinghitella, Founder of Humble Confidence Inc.


John W. Tinghitella is a nationally known speaker and trainer. He is  the founder of Humble Confidence, Inc. His area of expertise is teaching women to embrace Negotiation as a tool to improve their careers and lives. He lasers in on two actionable takeaways:

  1. Breakthrough the Fear of Negotiation, and
  2. Gain a proficiency that is simple and repeatable.

Kathleen Brennan is president of 360 Insurance Services.  Kathy is a recognized leader in the Employee Benefits field.  She was named to Governor Cuomo’s Regional Health Benefit Exchange Advisory Board in 2012. The Health Benefits Exchange Advisory Committee makes recommendations on the establishment and operation of New York State’s Health Benefit Exchange, which has been established to comply with the Affordable Care Act. Kathy also sits on other insurance companies Advisory Boards.

360 Insurance Services works with hundreds of businesses to develop and implement employee benefit packages that balance the client’s business objectives while offering comprehensive benefits to their employees.  Kathy leads her business team in developing benefit strategies that minimizes risk and provides value to her clients.

Workshop Presenter: Debra Castro, Branch Manager, Suffolk Federal Credit Union

Debra Castro, Branch Manager of Suffolk Federal Credit Union and her team of financial consultants demystify retirement plans for business owners by simplifying commonly used financial terms. In this tutorial they will differentiate between IRA, SEP IRA and 401(k) plans as they relate to entrepreneurs and small business owners.
James Gallagher, a licensed financial consultant with more than 25 years of experience and Jennifer Chase of Lord Abbott Financial Services will join Ms. Castro to demonstrate how entrepreneurs can set up the best retirement plans for themselves and their employees.
